2 points in the probationary period, how bad is it?
So I'm on probation, I recently got a point, probation period extended by 2 years and currently have to do my advanced training course, that's not so bad but I was caught speeding at 27 km/h (5 km/h is deducted due to the tolerance limit) and 22 km/h outside of town/on the motorway, what is the penalty for that and what can happen with 2 points on probation?
The second point won't hurt you!
but you should be careful, because the penance office can blame you for persistent breach of duty.
if you have any more OWIs on the road! Especially short one after another.
So I won't have to do a second building seminar or did I get it wrong?
There is no second building seminar!
As long as you have not completed the building seminar, there are no further sanctions on the trial period!
I don't know what points you mean, but sample time can only be extended once by a maximum of 6 months.
Well, I've already been extended for 2 years, but that problem is that I haven't even finished my current building seminar yet, but maybe next. Come on. It could be that the rules are different because I live in NRW and they may be different. However, thanks
