What does a 20% deductible mean in travel cancellation insurance?
I took out travel cancellation insurance for our vacation with my girlfriend with a 20% deductible/excess (you never know what might happen). I don't understand the 20% thing. If we somehow can't go on vacation, will the insurance company only reimburse us 80% or the entire amount? Can someone enlighten me?
