In our 90% older men’s office, I’ve always got something like Mars Celebrations (multiple packages)- there everyone can take what he likes, when it fits with him and also just in the coffee you get to the workplace.

(all at very different times there, some also only night shift)

In the past, where everyone was there at lunchtime, I brought some cake, and then you could make a fool together.
