17 years old and veneers?

Hello, I am a 17-year-old male who will probably get a "Hollywood Smile" from a dentist. The doctor recommended 20 E-Max Veneers.

Now, aside from the high cost, is this harmful to your health in any way?

And how long do they last?

The final result would be:

Hello Guenter,

if the tooth has to be ground, it may look strange if you decide not to wear veins at some point.

If a dental treatment is necessary, the veneer must be destroyed.

Everything in prosthetics does not last forever, but 10 to 20 years are already in. Sometimes you’re lucky, sometimes bad luck.

General: Nothing is better than your own teeth, from a medical point of view.

Good luck!

It lasts many years..

but not the whole life

I find unnecessary because it can cost up to 300-1500 euros per tooth.

It’s your choice. Good luck

Well, they won’t get overcrowded, but you have to drag them off/on. And it’s quite stupid to make healthy tooth substance.

Well, it’s a kind of crown… just wanted to say you have to grind your teeth down.

Let’s just think it’s a kind of wallpaper;) I got 22 crowns and implants last year, and I think Hollywood Smile is really nice. But I’m 38, and my teeth were through cracking and bad tooth substance in general. With 17 healthy teeth for optical reasons, I keep from the dentist’s side for irresponsible and from the patient’s side for really not very intelligent.

Sure, I was a private patient and I got a Cerec too early.

Things keep 30 years and more. I’d always do it.

I guess 17. I hardly have fillings.
The opening is scanned live and a 3D model of filling is produced. This is then milled live from porcelain, adjusted to your tooth color and glued to cement. You don’t see it.

I mean, you don’t have milk teeth anymore, do you?
