Hi,
I would like to apply for a dual study program. The prerequisite is a university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur). I don't currently have either; I won't receive my Abitur (Abitur) until 2025. Should I still include my mid-year report card for the 12th grade (not a full Fachabi) with my application?

In the case of “normal” apprentices (with professional school, nix studies), it is quite common not to apply with the first certificate what they will get, but with the latest few certificates they have.
Write into the CV something like “Finance of general university maturity is expected to be 2025”.
I.d.R. is in such training contracts a clause that if you do not manage to complete the school that is actually required (in a normal training, the medium maturity can be, even if you already have it and just make a higher degree), that the contract will dissolve in air. By doing so, you have no obligations when the conclusion goes wrong and can simply try or finish again. apply again at a similar time.
