If it is not a 125er that was placed on the market before raising the wheel class from 80 to 125 ccm, it does not, in principle, have a vehicle certificate or a certificate of approval Part II. What must be present is a permit or a CoC, if necessary a vehicle certificate or a certificate of approval Part I.

You should have the license. With this you go to the registration office and send you a new letter.
