I'm currently working on autonomous IP networks, Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, peering, transit, and internet nodes in Berlin. Where does 1&1 fit in? Does it peer at internet nodes and also use transit networks? Is 1&1 a Tier 2 or 3 network?
