Hallo liebe Community, meine Freundin und ich haben kürzlich einen neuen Anschluss bei der Telekom gebucht, da wir beide im Homeoffice arbeiten und auf eine zuverlässige sowie zeitnah verfügbare Internetverbindung angewiesen sind. No, it’s not.

Your router may crash or he loses the connection to your provider, but the Internet doesn’t matter.

There are already two possible sources of error: router or connection to the provider. You will be able to control the router yourself in its log file. The connection to the provider will be checked by this.
