1 Woche krank nach Urlaub?
Ich bin Mitte 20 und fliege bald nach Thailand mit meiner Freundin und habe nur 14 Tage frei, das Problem ist ich zahle viel Geld für den Urlaub und will dort mindestens 20 Tage bleiben und habe die Flüge auch schon gebucht. Das Problem ist das ich dann halt knapp 1 Woche länger im Urlaub bin. Ich habe ein artzt wo ich ein Attest her bekomme auch wenn ich im Urlaub bin .ich arbeite in der Küche und bin seid 1 Woche aus der Probezeit raus, meine Frage ist glaub ihr ich werde gekündigt bzw darf ich gekündigt werden wenn ich 1 Woche nach dem Urlaub krank bin aber ein Attest aus Deutschland nachweisen kann, und der Arbeitgeber denkt ja ich bin schon in Deutschland krank zuhause. Ich werde es 100% so machen weil die Flüge schon gebucht sind aber dürfen die mich kündigen ?
