1 month driving ban and MPU?
So I would like to know the following.
In my case, I was given a one-month driving ban because I had too many points on my probationary period. A few days later, I received another letter stating that I had to take an MPU (medical driving test). That's all well and good, but now I have a question: when I went to the police and handed in my driving licence, the police officer didn't mention an MPU. He just said that I could pick up my driving licence on such and such a date. Can I still pick up my driving licence after the one-month driving ban, or do I have to show him the report to get my driving licence back?

You have to follow the MPU as “twice” insist on your driving suitability. You may have had several traffic delicts flashed at short intervals (e.g. 2x a month) with the same passing (multiply flashed, or similar).
The letters with the point account (“you have X points, please contact the admissible Road Office”) you have probably ignored, and the last chance to get the driving licence back is the order of a MPU for the ticket office (road traffic office).
The MPU is trying to determine the reasons for it, that is, whether you were aware that you are breaking rules or there were other circumstances.
Thus, a psychological opinion is prepared that grants you permission to participate in road traffic as road users.
The MPU is therefore commissioned by the driver’s license location. Without a passed MPU, there is no chance to get back the license (not even with legal means).
I speak from my own experience.
You get the license after 1 month..
But you have to keep the deadline for the MPU ..you don’t do this, the driver’s license is gone again!
Or did you just get the recommendation/request to participate in a traffic psychology seminar?
Well, there’s nothing about a deadline.
So that’s what I’m gonna have to do until 6.12 and I could pick up my driver’s license this week.
But what about MPU? That’s what I meant. And was the recommendation or order?

Then you can pick up your driver’s license for the first time and then return it again if you don’t make the MPU until 6.12.
