1% lows that shouldn't exist?

Hello everyone,
My low-budget PC is having problems. According to benchmarks, it should be able to reach 60 fps on high settings in Battlefield V, but it isn't. The game runs at around 35-40 fps with a lot of 1% drops, or stuttering. Sometimes it even freezes for a second. I have the same problem in War Thunder and Counter-Strike, but not as bad. I suspect I accidentally installed RAM with different clock speeds, which I unfortunately can't check right now. In any case, I've installed different branding. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
The PC is old and slow. Bad 1% lows are definitely to be expected here. This is completely normal for slow CPUs.
Your PC is worth less than a playstation. With the hardware it is normal that the games no longer run as round as you like.
If you’re so annoyed about a new PC, if you’re more often shocking and like to shock it would be worth it or go vlt on console.
