1-3 beers every day?

Hey guys,

Does anyone of you drink 1-3 beers every day? Do you find it questionable?

That's the case for me. However, if I forget to go shopping and there's no beer in the house, I don't feel addicted or anything like that. I just drink it because it tastes good.

I've also tried non-alcoholic beers, and anyone who says they taste exactly like regular beer has a completely calcified taste.

How do you see this?

Hello,

every day 1-3 beer?

No. Once a week

Do you think it’s questionable?

Yes, very. This is already in the unhealthy area

Have also tried with alcohol-free, everyone who says that the exactly we taste normal beer have absolute taste.

Then you just have to find the right variety

Even if one ignores the risks for physical health, there is still the risk of developing a reconciliation that can later become addiction. This is why you should not consume daily or too often. This applies almost independently of the amount.

Maybe interesting:

It does not hurt to question our own consumption critically. You can also contact experts in a confidential and non-binding manner. It doesn’t cost anything and you don’t have any disadvantages. Details here: https://www.kenn-dein-limit.de/alcoholberatung/

I’m talking about processes that can last years or decades. Consumption is always associated with certain risks.

I’m just drinking 1-3 beers every couple of weeks. If I had a drink every day, I’d hang out to my neck and not taste anymore. Apart from that it is very unhealthy and has too many calories. No beer bell.

I used to drink 0.5l of beer every day. Then I reduced this to 0.33l daily, then to 3 days a week.

Beer does at least two things I don’t want as a man:

  • Hops contain female hormones, so you can always see strong beer drinkers at the basket size.
  • Alcohol is mined with higher priority than food because the body wants to get rid of it; so if you drink alcohol for food, the food is not directly transformed into energy, but into fat (aka beer belly). That’s why I always drink alcohol separated from the food for at least three hours. This is similar to sugar. That’s how I took 20kg in two years.

And if I drink alcohol-free, then tea or apple choir or ginger limonade or water. I don’t like alcohol-free beer.

1- 3 beer “daily” I already find a lot…

I’m sure you’re going to contradict me, but there are very good beers. You have to try more or less much (satisfied) and know what brews ma prefers.

Expect now that I know what direction these beers are going or going. what you prefer.

I like Jver Fun and Bitburger (at least once) a 0.0% “herb” I found that well.

More than two a day I find too much. And I wouldn’t drink alcohol for two days a week. On the one hand because of health, on the other hand because of the beer belly, and of course because of the danger of addiction.

The alcohol-free usually taste nothing. Becks Blue is the only one that tastes me.

Attention! Risk of dependence.

I’m drinking alcohol-free.
