0.5 liters of energy drink per day ok?
I've been drinking energy drinks regularly since I was 12. I'm now 17, and I still drink them almost every day. I recently had a long-term ECG, a regular ECG, a heart ultrasound, and blood work done, and everything is fine. I know it's not healthy, of course, but is it really that bad that something could happen, since I'm obviously healthy?
As Bratort correctly says, the receipt comes much later – after decades.
In addition, as a rule, not only caffeine but also taurine and, in some, also guarana extract and other stimulating substances are in the energy drinks. Look at the contents and google afterwards. Also stimulate B vitamins.
So it’s a self-deception when you just look at the caffeine content and think it’s just as much caffeine in it as in 1 cup of coffee. No, energy drinks have at least twice as strong coffee because of the taurine. In addition, the high, unhealthy proportion of sugar is added.
Since the heart is strongly stimulated by a lot of caffeine, it also consumes more for years of consumption.
At some point, exhaustion symptoms appear, initially in the form of sleep problems, in the day unrest, increased pulse, heart stumbling (heart rhythm disorders = arrhythmia), dizziness and circulatory problems, (a hypothesis: later arteriosclerosis and finally even heart attacks can occur). This also applies to strong coffee drinkers.
You seem to suffer from the first signs: in the evening restlessness and sleep problems. The non-alone-sein-can also be an expression of a latent nervousness and anxiety as a result of the stimulant abuse.
I would therefore recommend that you reconcile the stuff slowly, i.e. reduce the amount over about 2–4 weeks. A good substitute is green tea (also gives it as a “Gunpowder” with mint flavor), because it contains natural, compensating additives that protect the heart and organism. But you shouldn’t be overdoing it either.
More than 2 large cups (á 330 ml) of coffee or green tea a day are not healthy. Half a liter of energy drink could be compared with 1 liter of coffee. That’s unhealthy.
Do not wonder if you become fat and fatter and develop a diabetes.
Completely unhealthy. You pay the bill for it a lot later….
WIR pay his bill with the cash contributions.
That too…!
