0.06 Mbits upload?

Hello, I received a tp-link EAP115 access point from my landlord, and I've connected and set it up in my apartment. So far, everything's working fine; the download speed is around 90 Mbps. However, the upload speed is at 0.06 Mbps. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? My landlord already ran a speed test on his main router, and the upload speed is 27 Mbps. How can only a tiny fraction of that speed reach me despite a LAN connection? Unfortunately, I don't know enough about this. Thank you in advance for your help!

It looks like the Tp-link doesn’t “pass” you a Lan connection but a Dlan connection.

This means that one tries to transfer data via the current line. And especially with old power lines, that’s fucking bad.

For example, you could see if you have a good Wlan reception to the owner’s router. That would be the easiest way to go over Wlan if it was in the building.
