No, but similar. A student is in an education; but he does not do teaching (ok, sometimes leave training a void – but this is another topic …)

The term teaching is used as well as exclusively for craft occupations (from the painter to the baker, from the mechatronic to the Fleischer). Education is the overriding term that encompasses both the artisanal/practical and the studying aspect.

According to my understanding, a teaching is an education, but not every training is also a teaching, since the term “teaching” is rather used for craft occupations.

Example:

A training as a carpenter is called a carpenter’s teaching.

However, a training as a specialist informant would not be called teaching.

Teaching and apprenticeship are old names

Education is the newer term

There is no difference

This may be because each of the one teaching is in training, but not everyone who is in training makes a teaching. Here, only the preamble in the language use has prevailed.

I did a training first and then a study

For me this is not the same

But you could call it

My education consisted, for example, of studying, I did not do any teaching.

Why – every one of them does an education does a teaching.

The only thing to say today is not apprentices but apprentices

That sounds better than apprentice or pen

A teaching is primarily in the crafts sector, a training in the social sector. Basically both are the same.

The same. Teaching used to be said in craftsmen.
